During your Bridal Styling Appointment you will shop with your friends + family for your one & only dream dress with the help of your personal bridal stylist. Because finding your bridal fashion is so special + fun we are here to celebrate with you..So, you bet we will be popping some bubbly with a champagne toast once you find the perfect wedding day look! To book your Bridal Appointment, Simply choose your date and time based upon availability! Please contact us if you do not see your desired date and time available
(A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if you are a no call- no show for your scheduled appointment)
With our Exclusive Bridal Package you will enjoy luxe additions to your Bridal Styling appointment! You + your guests will enjoy the shop as we close the boutique doors for your private appointment. One of our O&O stylists will be here to assist you with all your bridal fashion needs. We are here to celebrate your exciting moment with you by providing you a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit. We'd love to personalize your experience further by playing your favorite music and giving you a special gift. After finding your perfect dress we know you may need your stylist here at O&O, so we will accompany you to your first alterations appointment to ease your stress!

Walk-ins are welcome to browse the shop on Fridays-Sundays yet please know there may be a wait for a stylist + fitting room. Walk ins are not guaranteed availability to try on yet we will always help schedule you a come back appointment!

Do I Need an Appointment to Visit the Boutique?
O&O is here to find your one and only dream gown and we all know bridal planning can be hectic, so we do encourage you to schedule an appointment so we can offer the best assistance possible. Walk-in customers are welcome however if there are appointments they will take priority for fitting rooms and stylists. The boutique does offer a lounge area for walk-ins to wait if necessary.
How Many People Should I Bring?
We would never limit how many loved ones you plan on bringing to share this momentous event however we do recommend bringing around 1-4 of your closest family and friends. Bridal shopping can be a VERY fun experience but it can also be overwhelming with too many outside opinions. We want to ensure that this day remains all about you and that none of our brides feel pressured. If you do plan on bringing a large group (6+ guests) please contact us as special appointment accommodations maybe necessary.
What Size Gowns do You Carry?
O&O is excited to carry a wide variety of sizes and styles so absolutely every bride can find their dream gown, and feel fabulous on their big day! What Should I Bring With Me to My Appointment?
Besides a supportive entourage and a positive attitude we encourage you to bring any visual aids to better assist your consultant in understanding your vision for the big day, whether it is your Pinterest board or bridal binder. Also feel free to bring any accessories you are committed to wearing on the day whether it be an heirloom veil, bridal jewelry, shoes, etc. Plus any undergarments you are comfortable wearing, we do not provide shape-wear.
When Should I Order My Bridal Gown?
Our dresses can take up to 6 months to order, based on that timeline we recommend purchasing your dress a year to eight months before your wedding to allow time for delivery and alterations.
If you do not have a traditional timeline, do not fret because you do have options. Many of our designers offer rush orders for an extra fee, while we can also check stock to see if there are any pieces available for immediate shipment. If all else fails we will allow you to purchase samples off the floor on a case by case basis.
